Damaged Items, Returns & Refunds

At Mamie's Cafe & Bakery, we stand behind the quality of every Mamie's Cream Pie Mix we make.

Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products due to food safety regulations.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us your order number along with a photo of the product and its packaging. There is no need to return the item. Once we verify the issue, we will promptly send a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.

If you receive an incorrect unopened product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we'll work quickly to make it right.
